No, these are NOT e-books.
While we have released books in the past as downloadable PDF e-books, that’s not what the Precision Nutrition guides are.

“How is the Precision Nutrition V3 different from previous versions?”

“Is Precision Nutrition for me?”
The easiest way to describe who Precision Nutrition is for is to tell you who it ISN’T for.
